Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Our shipping process is designed to be reliable and hassle-free, providing you with a smooth shopping experience from start to finish.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping fees applied at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track your package directly through the shipping carrier.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 1 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order is significantly delayed, or if your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery

  • Send the photos along with your order details

Without photographic proof of damage submitted within this time frame, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
