Return & Refund Policy

At Furniture Facelifts By Ro, LLC, our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in offering high-quality furniture and reliable customer service. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

If the return is due to an incorrect order placed by the customer or a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.


Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail. We do not accept in-person or in-store returns at this time.


Return Shipping Label

A return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return conditions. In cases where the return is due to customer error or preference, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Return an Item

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  2. Attach the return shipping label (if provided) to the package

  3. Ship the package using the designated mailing method

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. Eligible returns are processed without additional handling charges.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos along with your order details

Claims submitted after 7 days or without proper documentation may not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
