Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email. Cancellation requests received after this time window may not be guaranteed, as orders are processed quickly.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.


I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Cancel It And Get A Full Refund? 

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

If you need assistance with a return or have concerns about delivery delays, please contact us as soon as possible.


I mistakenly entered an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?

Shipping address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.

  • If your order has already been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can advise you on the next steps.
