Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Furniture Facelifts By Ro, LLC. We want your furniture to arrive safely, on time, and without any surprise fees. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations at this time.
If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely FREE on all orders — no minimum purchase amount required and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no additional freight or delivery surcharges added after the fact.
Due to the nature of furniture — which can be large, heavy, or require special handling — we have built all shipping costs into our pricing so you never have to worry about surprise charges at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, we will begin preparing your order within 1 to 2 business days. Please note the following:
- Processing begins only after full payment confirmation — not at the time the order is placed.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) may be processed on the following business day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding federal holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, please allow the following estimated timeframes for delivery:
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
- Transit time: 2 to 5 business days after shipment
- Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days from the order date
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and other factors outside our control.
We ship via [CARRIER NAME — e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carrier]. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- The carrier name
- A tracking number and link to monitor your delivery
We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email within 2 business days of placing your order. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide your tracking information directly.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes listed above, certain circumstances may cause delays that are outside our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- High shipping volume during peak seasons such as Black Friday, holiday periods, or major sales events
- Carrier operational disruptions or service interruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses were provided at checkout
- Remote or rural delivery locations that require additional transit time
During peak shopping seasons — particularly November through January — please allow additional time for processing and delivery. We will communicate any known delays as promptly as possible.
All delivery times stated in this policy are estimates only and do not constitute a legally binding guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Delayed Packages
If your tracking information has not updated in more than 3 business days or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to investigate the status of your shipment.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference. Please allow us sufficient time to complete the carrier’s investigation process before a resolution is finalized.
Damaged Packages
Furniture is carefully packaged to withstand shipping, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and the product immediately upon receipt.
- Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be needed for a carrier claim.

We will review the situation promptly and work to make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
